Terms & conditions
Booking:
A minimum deposit of £50 will be required to reserve
bookings. This is refundable in the event of
cancellation up to 8 weeks before the event date. The
outstanding balance must be received 4 weeks prior to
the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be notified at the earliest
opportunity. We reserve the right to retain/demand up to
50% of the agreed fee as compensation in the event of
cancellation within 8 weeks of the event date
(refundable in the event booking is re-allocated)
Waiting charges:
Up to 15 minutes free for all booking, every additional
30 minutes or part thereof £30
Luggage left in the vehicle:
Although we will take reasonable care, we will not be
held responsible for the loss or damage to personal
property left in the vehicle during or after the hire
period.
Damage:
The client who booked the vehicle will be responsible
for the conduct of the party. The operator reserves the
right to hold the client wholly responsible for any
loss, theft or damage caused to the vehicle or its
property through an act or omission on the part of the
clients or any person associated with the client whether
accidental or not. cleaning charges will also apply for
any spillage, sickness or similar.
The minimum charge for cleaning is £150
Breakdown
Our vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest
standards, however in the event of breakdown we will do
our best to get you to your destination by whatever
means we can. We will not be held responsible for late
arrival.
Smoking
Passengers are not permitted to smoke in any of our
vehicles.
Pets:
No pets will be carried unless previously agreed and
stipulated at time of booking
The operator must not be asked to exceed speed limits or
to ignore any other aspect of the Highway Code,
or to
exceed the agreed number of passengers.
